These Terms of Service govern your use of Techrevolvers' website and all services we provide. Please read them carefully before engaging our services. By proceeding with any engagement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
By accessing techrevolvers.com or engaging Techrevolvers for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
Techrevolvers provides technology services including but not limited to cybersecurity consulting (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC-2, HIPAA, VAPT), web development, search engine optimisation (SEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO), digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube), network solutions (Palo Alto, Cisco), and IT consultancy. All services are delivered based on a written statement of work (SOW) or proposal agreed upon between Techrevolvers and the client prior to commencement. The scope of services is limited to what is described in the applicable SOW.
To enable Techrevolvers to deliver services effectively, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information required for the engagement. • Grant timely access to systems, accounts, and personnel as reasonably required. • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timelines. • Ensure you have the legal right to authorise any security testing or access to systems included in the scope. • Comply with all applicable laws in your use of our services.
Payment terms are defined in the project proposal or SOW. Standard terms are: • Project fees are due as specified in the SOW (typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion, or milestone-based). • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. • Techrevolvers reserves the right to pause or terminate services on accounts with overdue invoices exceeding 30 days. • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Upon receipt of full payment, Techrevolvers assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for that client under the SOW. Techrevolvers retains ownership of: • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and libraries used in the delivery of services. • Internal processes, documentation, and proprietary systems. • Any general-purpose code or components not created exclusively for the client. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Techrevolvers' proprietary materials without written permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. Techrevolvers will not disclose client data, findings from security assessments, or business information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of 3 years.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Techrevolvers' total liability arising from or related to a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. • Techrevolvers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill. • does not guarantee specific outcomes from SEO, GEO, or digital marketing campaigns. Results depend on many factors beyond our control including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and competition.
Techrevolvers warrants that it will perform services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Penetration testing and security assessments are performed with explicit written authorisation. Techrevolvers is not liable for any disruption caused by authorised security testing activities within the agreed scope.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination: • The client is responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date. • Techrevolvers will deliver all completed work product to the client upon receipt of outstanding payment. • Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days of written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
